Terms of Service
Welcome to White Hawk Studios. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our Services.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Hawknet and any other products, services, software, websites, and documentation we provide (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms form a binding contract between you and White Hawk Studios ("White Hawk", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
1. Who We Are
White Hawk Studios is a software development studio creating tools for game developers. We build products like Hawknet, an MCP plugin and local companion software that connects third-party AI assistants to Roblox Studio to automate workflows and speed up development.
The Services are operated primarily for users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States.
2. Definitions
- "Hawknet" means our MCP plugin and any related local daemon, installers, updates, documentation, and tooling used to connect third-party AI assistants to Roblox Studio workflows.
- "Third-Party Services" means services not operated by White Hawk, including Roblox Studio, Roblox platform services, AI assistants or model providers, IDEs, terminals, and hosting providers.
- "Customer Content" means content you submit to the Services or cause the Services to process, including prompts, code, project files, assets, logs you share with support, and related materials.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with White Hawk and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.
4. Account Registration and Security
You may need an account to access some parts of the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, license keys, and any access tokens. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
5. Service Description and Prerequisites
Hawknet is a bridge. It connects third-party AI assistants to Roblox Studio workflows (for example: reading and writing scripts, creating instances, syncing changes, and related operations).
Third-party AI required. An active third-party AI subscription or account is required to use Hawknet and is not included with your purchase. If you do not maintain access to a supported third-party AI service, Hawknet may be unusable for you.
Roblox required. You are responsible for having valid access to Roblox Studio and for complying with Roblox terms, policies, and technical requirements.
6. License and Use Restrictions
6.1 License to use
Subject to these Terms and your subscription status, White Hawk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal use.
6.2 Restrictions
You may not (and may not allow others to):
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services except as permitted by applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, licensing, usage limits, or security features.
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or resell the Services, or provide the Services to third parties as a service bureau, without our prior written permission.
- Use the Services to build or benchmark a competing product in a way that materially harms White Hawk.
- Remove or obscure proprietary notices.
6.3 Installation and local execution
The Services may include installers, scripts, or commands that run on your device. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding what you run in your environment. White Hawk is not responsible for issues caused by your system configuration, permissions, conflicting software, or changes you make to your environment.
7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment
7.1 Paid subscriptions
Some Services require payment (for example, Hawknet at USD $7.99 per month, unless otherwise displayed at purchase). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees and applicable taxes.
7.2 Payment processing
Payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Polar). White Hawk does not store full payment card details. We may receive subscription status and limited transaction metadata needed to provide access and customer support.
7.3 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
7.4 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your account settings (if available) or by contacting us. Unless required by law, cancellation stops future renewals and you generally retain access through the end of the current billing period.
7.5 Price changes
We may change prices with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel before the new price takes effect.
7.6 Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method using the payment provider's systems.
7.7 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a billing issue, we may suspend your access while the dispute is pending, and we may require you to pay any fees we incur due to the chargeback, to the extent permitted by law.
8. License Keys, Activation, and Abuse Prevention
If the Services use license keys or device activation, your license key is personal to you (or your organization) and may not be shared outside your authorized users.
We may enforce reasonable limits on activations, device usage, and concurrent use to prevent abuse. Attempts to bypass these controls are a violation of these Terms.
9. Customer Content
9.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of Customer Content to the extent you have rights in it.
9.2 License to process
You grant White Hawk a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, and to comply with legal obligations.
9.3 Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use Customer Content with the Services, including any third-party code, assets, or data you submit or cause the Services to access.
10. Third-Party Services and Compatibility
The Services may integrate with or depend on Third-Party Services (for example, Roblox Studio and third-party AI assistants or developer tools). Those third parties are not controlled by White Hawk and have their own terms and policies.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining any required third-party accounts and subscriptions.
- Complying with third-party terms, policies, and acceptable use rules.
- Any costs charged by third parties.
White Hawk does not guarantee continued compatibility with any Third-Party Service and is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, feature removals, model behavior, pricing changes, access restrictions, or output quality.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. You will not:
- Access or attempt to access systems, accounts, experiences, or data you are not authorized to access.
- Use Hawknet on Roblox experiences, codebases, or assets you do not own or have permission to modify.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Services or other users, including through excessive automated requests, probes, scans, or stress testing without our permission.
- Upload or transmit malware, exploits, or malicious code.
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, harms the Services, creates security risk, or exposes White Hawk to legal risk.
12. Safety, Review, and Responsibility for Changes
Hawknet can enable third-party AI assistants to take actions in Roblox Studio based on your prompts and configuration.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving changes made in your projects, including code, instances, assets, and publishes. You are responsible for any results caused by:
- Your prompts or instructions
- Your configuration and permissions
- Third-party AI outputs or behavior
- Your choice to apply, sync, or publish changes
13. Intellectual Property
White Hawk and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Services.
Feedback. If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant White Hawk a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
No affiliation. Roblox and Roblox Studio are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. White Hawk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access:
- For non-payment
- If we reasonably believe you violated these Terms
- To comply with legal requirements
- To protect the security or integrity of the Services or other users
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.
15. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY OUTPUTS OR RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHITE HAWK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHITE HAWK'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (a) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO WHITE HAWK FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $25.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In that case, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless White Hawk and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your Customer Content
- Your use of the Services in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Your use of Third-Party Services in connection with the Services
18. Export Controls and Sanctions
You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable export control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions that would prohibit access to the Services, and you are not on any restricted party list, to the extent applicable law requires.
19. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms prioritize the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States as the primary operating jurisdictions.
19.1 Users in Saudi Arabia
If you are located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be brought in the competent courts of Riyadh, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19.2 Users in the United States
If you are located in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19.3 Other locations
If you access the Services from other jurisdictions, additional local laws may apply. Where such laws apply to our relationship, we will comply to the extent required.
20. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through the Services or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
21. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms and any referenced policies are the entire agreement between you and White Hawk regarding the Services.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or otherwise.
- Notices. We may provide notices through the Services, by email, or by other reasonable means.
